The House File comprised of resources pertaining specific addresses and residences in Highland Park and Fort Sheridan. The collection is made up of 2.5 linear feet of periodical clippings, original research, photographs and legal records; dating from the 1890s to early 2000s. This is an artificial collection, which has been arranged alphabetically according to street name.

Correspondence, clippings, images and detailed inventories and documentation, pamphlets, printed materials compiled by Better Homes in America campaign local chairman Babette S Kornblith. This scrapbook documents the Better Homes in America campaign and Deerfield-Shields High School Vocational Program, the cooperative work between the two groups and ensuing recognition, 1930-1931.

This upcoming exhibit will feature models, drawings and tools from the cutting edge classes taught at then Deerfield-Shields High School.

The collection consists of photographs of members and performers, newspaper clippings, programs, "Chapter Notes" and "Opera Outlook" newsletters, invitations, membership directories & yearbooks, High Five Award certificates for increase of membership, roasters of Board of Directors, flyers, and a photocopy of the 2007-2008 Annual Report. Also included in the collection are 2 CDs with photographs in JPEG format : Mitnick Concert and Spring Brunch, 2008, and Ravinia, August, 2009.

The collection documents the chapter's activities, including activities held jointly with other chapters.

Club, including YWCA clubs, or school images of Betty Lou Garling, née Benson, and her mother Carrie Benson, née Gerken, active clubwoman. At least one image appears to be a graduation image from Elm Place School.

The bulk of this "Book of Memories" [scrapbook] consists of young and contemporary images of Club memories juxtaposed with brief hand-written or printed obituaries. Also found in this scrapbook are charter member lists and images, various rosters, event photographs, corres., and a few meeting records. Information on play "Tuning up for the wedding."

There are two series in the Wolcott collections: Journals and photographs.
Reverend Wolcott was an avid diarist. Diaries from the years 1895; 1897-1899; 1900-1910; 1912-1913, 1915, 1919-1920; 1923-1929 are arranged chronologically in the series. Wolcott was an active member in the community who always started out his entries describing the weather. He tended to describe nicer days, but also included the “coldest day of the year” and when the weather was just “fine.” Towards his later diaries, he also started recording the exact temperatures of the day, something he continued to do towards his later diaries. Wolcott talked about his daily masses, how many people attended, and his plans for the day. He noted visits to the high school where he was a member on the board of education for 9 years as well as taking the train down to Chicago. His last entry on December 31st, 1929 talked about his night out with friends on New Year's Eve and how his friends “raged after midnight.” The reverend died a few days after his 75th birthday.
