This box and single folder store only three white envelopes in them that contain the original handwritten and typed Meeting Minutes and Treasurer Reports from the years of 1974 to 2000. There are various versions of the reports contained within these envelopes, such as regular board meetings, general assembly meetings, and meetings combined between both the board members and the regular assembly.
Additionally, there are a few meetings minutes detailing the events of special meetings where outgoing and incoming board members convened to pass on their duties.
These envelopes are arranged as they were received, with the older documents arranged in the first folder, and the newest arranged in the last folder.

This artificial collection, which appears to have been created by the Highland Park Historical Society, contains files related to the Fort Sheridan army base (active from 1887-1993) located in Fort Sheridan, Illinois. The files contain records regarding the history of Fort Sheridan, ceremonies and events held there, its redevelopment, visitor's guides and photographs documenting its history. It is arranged by topic.

Scope and Contents note File fontains two folders related to Renaissance Place. Folder 1 contains photographs, a mailing from Renaissance Place, and a directory of stores. Folder 2 contains photographs of the property.
This artificial collection created by the Society consists of 31 oversize, chiefly mounted, maps. Many of the mountings have maps on both sides. Maps are of Highland Park, Illinois. There are several maps of the state of Illinois. An inventory file entitled "Map Collection" contains images of several of the maps. An asterisk in the inventory indicates items in this collection.

There are two maps included. Each one is mounted on opposite sides of the board. The first map shows lake county municipalities. It is colorized. It was prepared by the Lake County Management Services Dept., revised in 2000. The second map shows Lake County, drawn in 1945. It was prepared by the Lake County Highway Dept., includes notes about later revisions.
