Scope and Contents note File contains a Mortgagee's Deed from Sam R. Hurford to Miss Laura Starr. The mortgagee's sale where Mary A. Streeter and Samuel S. Streeter delivered to Alexander McDaniel the mortgage deed. The deed was to Lot 21 in McDaniel's Subdivision of the West half of the Northwest quarter of Section 26 in Township 43 North Range 12 east of the third principal meridian containing 2 1/2 acres of land, except a strip of land 33 feet wide; the west end od said lot is to be used a public street. The document spans from 1876-1881.
