Correspondence, clippings, images and detailed inventories and documentation, pamphlets, printed materials compiled by Better Homes in America campaign local chairman Babette S Kornblith. This scrapbook documents the Better Homes in America campaign and Deerfield-Shields High School Vocational Program, the cooperative work between the two groups and ensuing recognition, 1930-1931.

Also included in the collection are 2 CDs with photographs in JPEG format : Mitnick Concert and Spring Brunch, 2008, and Ravinia, August, 2009.

The collection documents the chapter's activities, including activities held jointly with other chapters.

The bulk of this "Book of Memories" [scrapbook] consists of young and contemporary images of Club memories juxtaposed with brief hand-written or printed obituaries. The contents of the collection includes abstracts and examinations of title and deeds of warranty and/ or mortgages relating to the Highland Park area. The dates of the materials span from circa 1839-1934.

This collection is comprised of photographic slides taken in Highland Park and the surrounding area from February 1959 through November 1981. The images document: holiday related town events such as the 4th of July parade, main avenues of transportation, and significant landmarks such as the Stupey Cabin, the Elisha Grey House, local schools and the Highland Park Historical Society.

This artificial collection created by the Society consists of 31 oversize, chiefly mounted, maps. Many of the mountings have maps on both sides. Maps are of Highland Park, Illinois. There are several maps of the state of Illinois. An inventory file entitled "Map Collection" contains images of several of the maps. An asterisk in the inventory indicates items in this collection.
