File contains four audio cassette tapes with Buber notes; the conference in Israel's program (January 3-6, 1978); Symposium on Martin Buber, Carleton College, April 16, 1978 (Rabbi Singer spoke at the first session); draft of his speech on Buber.

Also includes text of an address by Ambassador Chaim Herzog, Permanent Representative of Israel to the United Nations, "Yom Yerushalayim- A Decade of Unity" and text of an address by Aaron D. Rosenbaum Director of Research American Israel Public Affairs Committee. Both were presented at the American Zionist Federation National Board Meeting May 15, 1977. There are five issues of Near East Report ranging from May to August 1977.
