2.48 Parades

Scope and Contents note File contains materials related to parades held in Highland Park. Materials include: photographsand photo negatives of parades such as Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Veteran's Day, and Highland Park Day. Materials range from the late 19th century until the late 20th century.

File contains photographs of the Port Clinton Lighthouse and a story "Not Much to Tell" which tells of Owen Monahan, who was appointed as "Keeper of the Lighthouse." There is also a carbon copy of handwritten text about Owen Monahan as well as Port Clinton Data from the National Archives that notes important dates in its history from 1850-1900.
