This Fire Chief Medallion belonged to Adolph Gieser. It was awarded to him by the International Association of Fire Engineers during their 39th annual convention between the dates of September 19th-22nd, 1911. The metal casting is a bronze colored, and the attached faded and frayed ribbon is red.

DVD-ROM that is titled “The Gardener’s Daughter, and is dated April 10th, 2000. On the disc under the title written in a fine point black sharpie is the name of the honored individual in question, Elise Weisenber [sic] Gieser. This artifact is houses in it’s original plastic case, and there appear to be minimal amount of scratches on the backside of the disc. Although there are 6 files timestamped as being created on December 31st, 1999 on the disc, only the last one is playable and contains an hour-long interview of Elise about her life and relation to the Bonita Vista Estate (now known as North Suburban Synagogue Beth El) that her father was responsible for. This video was created in tandem with her 90th birthday celebration.
