Contains minutes from board meetings, as well as letters and documents detailing responsibilities of the chamber's various committees. Also includes letters addressed to/by members of the Highland Park Chamber of Commerce in relation to the development of blildings in the area and a history of the Chamber of Commerce, in which Rhoda Perlman details current practices in the mid-1970s.
