This folder contains a collection of correspondence between members of the club and members of the community at outside of the club regarding projects that the Ravinia Garden Club was involved in during the years of 1999-2003. This primarily involves communication between members of the club and the District of Highland Park and Moraine Township regarding past, present, and future projects.

Environmental Awareness Conservation

This folder contains various aspects of the RGC’s Environmental Awareness Conservation campaign, which includes various pamphlets and advertisements, newspaper articles promoting the use of environmentally friendly practices, procedures for safe waste disposal, three editions of the Lake County Forest Preserve’s Horizons magazine, a guideline packet for publicity writing/ reporters, internal communique between club members, stamps from a campaign of some sort, and the RGC Secretary’s Environmental Reports from the year of 2008, and from May 2011.

Events

This folder contains within a single carbon copy application for parking usable at Jens Jensen Park on behalf of the Ravinia Garden Club.

Finances

This folder contains a job analysis detailing the role of the treasurer for the RGC, and various treasurer reports between the years of 1939-2006.

Financial

This folder contains within a series of handwritten monthly financial statements for the RGC between the dates of Sept. 1, 2014, to August 31st, 2015 under the care of Barbara Ruffalo, the acting treasurer at that time.
