Supporting materials are included such as a newspaper article correspondance regarding the Lady Elgin, correspondance from the Department of the Army regarding a notice of a public hearing, correspondance from the U.S. House of representatives regarding the construction of a breakwater in Highland Park, and correspondance from the Dept. of Treasury regarding the establishment of a Coast Guard Station in Highland Park.
